- Be admitted to or registered full time in an undergraduate program;
- be an Ontario resident and demonstrate financial need;
- be francophone (French being the primary language of communication);
- be registered in 80% French courses at the time of application and for the next academic year in an undergraduate program; and
- have a minimum average of 80% (for high school students) or a CGPA of 8.0 or more (for University of Ottawa students).
You must be an active volunteer and take part in 1 or several community-oriented development activities that promote the French language and culture in Ontario.
