Cecil Houston Diaspora Scholarship Fund
University of Windsor
The income from this fund will provide a number of awards to selected first year students. Consideration is given to students of Black African descent in recognition of the unique educational circumstances and scholarship needs of members of their communities.
Eligible candidates must:
- have a minimum entering average of 70%,
- be Canadian citizens or permanent residents (includes those with Protected Persons status),

- demonstrate financial need.
