Residence Price(s)
Single style: $8,235 per year (fall/winter semesters)

Room Types
As a first-time resident, your room will be single style.
These private rooms provide your own space while still encouraging friendships and connections in this community-living environment. With the traditional, single-style room you will have access to centrally located washrooms and lounges.
Amenities
Community kitchens that can be used for group cooking, an exercise room, recreational space, a dining hall and laundry facilities are all available to you.
Single-style residence rooms – include:
- Single bed
- Wardrobe or closet with a small dresser
- Desk with chair
- Air conditioning and heating unit
- Common area lounges with cable
- Wi-Fi in all rooms
Residence Guarantee
Residence is not guaranteed. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications open in February. You can apply for residence only once you have received an offer of admission.
Deposit Required
A deposit is not required with the residence application; however, a mandatory and non-refundable $500 deposit will be billed to your student account 1 week following the application deadline.
Meal Plans
Dining plans are required if you live in residence, and you can use your plan at food service outlets across campus.
Plans range from $2,850 to $4,600, and can be topped up when needed.

Other Information
Fall Entry Application Dates
For September 2026 entry, residence applications open in February 2026, but you must have an offer of admission to apply for residence. The deadline for applications for September entry is June 1, 2026.

Move-in
Students move in to residence in late August and move out at the end of April.
